Please help us to get a picture of the situation of access to the Covid-19 vaccine for families with disabled children and young people across the UK. By completing our short survey you will help us to identify any issues and push for further change.
How many parent carers have had the Covid vaccine, have all the issues about identifying parent carers been ironed out?
Are young people with a learning disability getting the vaccine? And what’s the situation for unlicensed use of the vaccine for clinically extremely vulnerable older children?
Please take 5 minutes to complete our short survey. The deadline for completion is 9am on Monday 15 March.
