We know that with the right support, families can overcome the challenges they face and focus on what matters – being together and growing together. But as a charity, we rely on donations to keep these much-needed support services going. 

In September, the Movement for Good Awards will be giving £1,000 grants to 250 lucky charities that change people’s lives for the better – and with your help, we’d love to be one of them! 

Your vote could help us reach more parent carers like this mum, who attended one of our workshops: “Without Contact, families like us are in such a difficult position. We’re isolated. We’re not getting any help.  Without Contact we would be on our own. Contact made a huge difference to our life.”
