Administrator – Fledglings E-Commerce website (Maternity Cover)

Your role

Fledglings (www.Fledglings.org.uk) is Contact’s non-profit shop that helps children and adults with special needs by supplying products and equipment that help with everyday challenges. The role of Fledglings Administrator is to provide administrative support for our Fledglings e-commerce website, to ensure its efficient and smooth operation and to enhance the customer experience.

What we’re looking for

Ideally you will have experience of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and will have good Excel skills. You will need to be highly organised, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly, confident phone manner. You will need to be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative without daily supervision.
