    Frequently Asked Questions regarding the 2020-21 discretionary grant application process. The 2020‐21 regional discretionary grant process is now open. We will let forums know when individual forums can make discretionary applications. Priority will initially be given to regional discretionary grants as they will benefit more forums, until there is sufficient confirmed 2019‐20 underspend in the discretionary grant pot.
