Concerned about your child’s attendance at school in England?
Wednesday 2nd December 2020
Ask our experts on Facebook this Monday 7 December
We are running a special Facebook Q&A next Monday 7 December between 10.30am-12pm, when you can ask our education advisers any questions or worries you have about your child's attendance at school in England.
Maybe you need more information about what help is available if your child is unable to attend school for medical reasons, perhaps your child's attendance is affected by their medical needs or is about to go back to school after a long absence and you'd like advice about what the school and local authority can do to support this?
To ask your question simply log into our Facebook page on Monday 7 December between 10.30am-12pm and join the conversation.
Jill Hardman, one of our Helpline education specialists says:
"Since the return to school in September we continue to receive enquiries from parents about school attendance. It has been one of our top five issues during the pandemic. Monday's Facebook Q&A session is a great opportunity for anyone worried about their child's attendance for medical or other reasons, or worried about how to address any concerns they have with the school, to get immediate, expert advice and help. We look forward to answering your questions!"
