Introducing Contact live chat!

We're excited to announce that we've launched a new Live Chat feature on our website.
Alongside our online advice and support and our telephone helpline, you can now use our Live Chat to talk directly to a one of our parent advisers about any question you have about raising your disabled child.
We're hoping the tool gives you another option for accessing our support, particularly if you're unable to make a phone call or are busy at work. Our advisers can answer your questions, help you find what you're looking for on our website or signpost to local organisations and agencies.
While the Live Chat is in its early stages we don't have set opening hours. We aim to open for a couple of hours between 9-12 and another couple of hours between 1-5 - but please be aware that these hours are flexible.
