Parent take to the streets today to call for better support for disabled children
Thursday 30th May 2019
Parents across the country are marching to highlight the lack of support available to so many disabled children and their families.
Marches and rallies are taking place across the country in more than 20 locations, from the Isle of Wight to Cumbria.
This is a wonderful grassroots campaign from parents who are seeing the system fail their children and are fed up with fighting for the support they need - and which they have a right to.
This is one of the many ways parents are trying to improve services and support for their children. Whether it be parents taking to the streets, being part of a local parent carer forum or simply by signing a petition against the cuts to services. Everyone, together can make a difference.
Good luck to everyone marching today!
