This webinar offers a beginners guide to Parent Carer Forums - groups of local parent carers who work with their local authorities, education and health services to make sure the services they plan and deliver meet the needs of local families with children and young people with Spacial Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Presented by the Chairs of Leicester City and Somerset and Leicester Parent Carer Forums (PCFs), Ruth Hobbs and Richard Jaramba, the webinar will take you through the role of PCFs, how parent carers like you can influence local and national services through parent carer participation and how you can support your local forum and get involved.
