Families can get in touch via phone, email or social media for advice and support from our team.
Our Listening Ear service provides 1-1 telephone appointments for parent carers looking for emotional support.

Workshops and information sessions
We run a range of fun workshops and information sessions, on topics ranging from benefits and money matters to helping your child sleep and wellbeing.
Our events are both online and face-to-face, running across the UK.

Fledglings is Contact’s not-for-profit shop that helps families with disabled children by supplying products and equipment that help with their everyday challenges.
Fledglings provides an easy and trusted environment to find the right solutions and allows families to connect and share their experiences.

Family days out and activities
We run a series of fun and engaging activities for families with children with additional needs and disabilities.
From coffee mornings, through to accessible ice skating and zip wiring, our events bring families for friendship and support.

Increasing financial security so families can enjoy life together.
Through our Family Finance Helpline, our range of accessible online resources and our interactive webinars, families gain the confidence, resilience, and knowledge to alleviate the financial disadvantage that they face.
