Covid-19 vaccination – are you and your child eligible

Try our new chatbot to find out information about you and your child’s eligibility for the Covid-19 vaccination.

How to take part in our pilot

• If you’re on a desktop / laptop click on the Facebook Messenger icon in the bottom right of the screen to open up the chatbot
• If you’re on a mobile device, scroll down the page until you get to the bot
• A box will open up (similar to Facebook Messenger if you use this already)
• To start the chatbot you may be prompted to “Ask a question” or something similar – simply put in the word “Hello” and the chatbot will respond
• The chatbot will then guide you through the questions around whether you and your child are eligible for the Covid-19 vaccination
