We’re working with the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) to provide a series of 4 free, pre-recorded webinars to help you support your child as they move into adulthood . The webinars cover topics like education and employment, health and social care and planning for independent living and community inclusion.

Our first free webinar, Preparing for Adulthood, is now ready to watch and looks at:

  • Key legislation relevant to young people with additional support needs between the 14 and 25 years
  • An overview of the transition journey
  • A timeline of what to expect, and when
  • How to support your young person with decision making
  • Your needs as a parent carer.

Sign up to get all 4 of our free pre-recorded webinars sent to your inbox this autumn. We’ll also send you details about the corresponding live, virtual Q&A sessions we’ve planned after you’ve watched each webinar, giving you the opportunity to get answers to any questions you might have about your child’s move into adulthood and to meet other parent carers.
