Volunteers in our Contact Cymru team
Contact Cymru is welcoming new volunteers from any part of Wales – both parents/carers and professionals – and can offer roles that fit around your availability and interests.
Our volunteers get up to all sorts of amazing things, from supporting other families and helping at events, to speaking about their experiences and getting involved in our digital content. We aim to make volunteering with us a rewarding and fulfilling experience. Every new volunteer is offered an informal chat so we can explore what you would enjoy and how you would like to contribute.
When you join our volunteer programme, you’ll receive s an induction and a copy of our volunteer handbook. You’ll receive ongoing training, and a named member of staff will be there to support you every step of the way. We also cover travel expenses. We are committed to ensuring you have all the tools and support you need so that together we can make your volunteering experience a positive one.
