An important update from the Contact Hounslow team

Dear parents and partners,

We wanted to let you know that very sadly, funding for our Contact Family Support service in Hounslow will be coming to an end on 30 April 2026 and the service will be closing.

Contact has had a presence in Hounslow for over 2 years, and we wanted all of our families to know what a privilege and honour it has been to work with so many of you during our time here. You are an inspiration to us all.

For the past 2 years, our service in Hounslow has been funded by Hounslow Local Authority. Contact has worked hard to secure funding for the future, but this has proved difficult in the current climate.

Although we will no longer have an office in Hounslow, Contact’s national services are always here for you with information, support and advice, wherever you live in the UK.

Deep Rest sessions continue every Wednesday

We will also continue to run our free Deep Rest online sessions for all London parents on Wednesday evenings.

Take time for yourself and practise ‘Deep Rest’ – techniques that allow you to slow down your mind, regenerate, and reduce stress. Join us and learn this relaxation practice, no equipment or fitness level required.
