BBC Radio 4 has chosen Contact as one of its appeal charities this winter.
Listen out in January as broadcaster and long-time Contact supporter Jane Garvey presents our appeal to listeners.
When can I hear the appeal?
You’ll hear our BBC Radio 4 Appeal at the following times:
- 7.54, Sunday 8 January 2023.
- 21.25, Sunday 8 January.
- 15.27, Thursday 12 January.
Why we need support
This winter, thousands of families with seriously ill and disabled children won’t be able to afford to run the life-saving electrical equipment their child relies on.
It costs more to raise a disabled child. And as energy prices continue to spiral, we have huge concerns about how families are going to cope.
