Support for families

We’re here for families wherever they live in the UK, and whenever they need us.

Two adults and two children stand near a railing at a beach. One adult holds a bag and a drink, while the other adult and the children hold ice cream. In the background, there's a pier and beachgoers. It's a sunny day.

How we support families

Local offices & family events

We have local offices in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and across London

Aside from providing local advice, our regional teams organise coffee mornings, family fun days and outings, bringing families together for friendship and support.

A young girl plays with a hand-operated water pump on a wooden bridge while a woman in a blue hijab kneels nearby, smiling. The scene takes place in a lush, wooded area on a sunny day, with other people and a backpack visible in the background.

Workshops and information sessions

We run a range of fun workshops and information sessions, on topics ranging from benefits and money matters to helping your child sleep and wellbeing.

Our events are both online and face-to-face, running across the UK.
