Information, advice and support
Our website has advice and information about any concern a family might have about raising a child with additional needs.
We run a telephone helpline, live chat and our Listening Ear support service. And we produce a range of email newsletters and printed parent guides available to download or order.

Local offices & family events
We have local offices in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and across London.
Aside from providing local advice, our regional teams organise coffee mornings, family fun days and outings, bringing families together for friendship and support.

Workshops and information sessions
We run a range of fun workshops and information sessions, on topics ranging from benefits and money matters to helping your child sleep and wellbeing.
Our events are both online and face-to-face, running across the UK.

Fledglings shop
Fledglings is Contact’s not-for-profit shop that helps families with disabled children by supplying products and equipment that help with their everyday challenges.
Fledglings provides an easy and trusted environment to find the right solutions and allows families to connect and share their experiences.

Hemihelp
Continuing the work of the charity HemiHelp, we provide support to children and young people living with hemiplegia.
Alongside online advice and information, we run Try It days and other activities for families.

Our programmes
We run special projects and programmes across the UK. Find out more about our key programmes, their aims, impacts and generous funders.
