Salary: £33,821 pro rata

We are Contact, the charity for families with disabled children in the UK. We support families with the best possible guidance and information. We bring families together to support each other. And we help families to campaign, volunteer and fundraise to improve life for themselves and others.

Your role

We are looking for a digital information officer to develop our digital information and advice (IAS) content for families of disabled children living in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

What we’re looking for

This role will help to ensure the provision and dissemination of quality information and support to parents and professionals working across all our digital channels, including website, social media pages and email newsletters. We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable writing and creating content for digital channels, enjoys working with a variety of teams and has a good eye for detail.

While this is a home-based role, and can therefore be done from any location, an understanding of one or more of the Nations would be beneficial.
