Contract: Funded until 31 March 2027
Hours: 21 hours a week
Salary: £53,595 per annum (Spine Point 44 on the internal pay scale, range 44 to 48). Pro rata salary: £32,157.
Location: Mix of office and home based

Your role
We are looking for a Head of Parent Participation to lead our Parent Participation contract, supporting parent carer forums in England.
What we are looking for
Someone with a good understanding of co-production and ideally knowledge of parent carer forums and how they work. An experienced line manager who is good at working with and inspiring large teams and has previous experience working in a at a senior level in a user-led environment.
Ideally you’ll be someone with experience of leading service delivery improvement programmes and a proven track record of increasing satisfaction scores (or similar KPIs). You should have extensive experience of leading partnership work, including relationship building and comms with partners
