Better Together activity day for families living with hemiplegia a big hit

We had a BLAST with 20 families who care for a child with hemiplegia this summer where they enjoyed an outdoor adventure in Sherwood Forest with accessible zip-lining, climbing walls, a sensory trail, and even a scavenger hunt!

Many said this was their first time going out as a family in years because of how hard it is to find inclusive activities, especially ones where siblings can have fun together.

Some families traveled quite far to join us because of how rare these opportunities are.
