We understand that life with a disabled child brings unique challenges, and we’re here to help families in Hounslow feel valued, supported, confident and informed.

We have lots of advice on our website, and you can also make an appointment with one of our Family Support Workers.

Making an appointment is simple:  Confirm you live in Hounslow and then select whether you would like an appointment with. A calendar will open and you can select an appointment slot. Appointments last 90 minutes (max). Appointments are regularly updated and are subject to availability.

Once you book your appointment, Beth from Contact will send you a confirmation email, please check your junk/spam mail folder.

Appointment locations and appointment types

You can book an online call or make an in-person appointment with one of our family support workers. 

Please read the below which provides important information on what you can discuss in your appointment.

Monday

• Location: Online appointments
• Appointment type: Zoom or MS Teams call, for all topics

Tuesday

• Location: Alf King, Family Hub West, TW13 5AF
• Appointment type: In-person appointments to discuss DLA/PIP matters and complete forms.

Wednesday

• Location: Brentford Family Hub East, TW8 0B
• Appointment type: Drop-in session for all topics not related to DLA
• Appointment type: Limited appointments are also available on this day to discuss DLA  or complete forms

Thursday

• No appointments or drop-in sessions

Friday

• Location: Lampton Family Hub Central, TW3 4JG
• Appointment type: In-person appointments to discuss DLA/PIP matters and complete forms
