Guides to local and national services for transitions in Scotland

These handbooks detail local services and support in Ayrshire, Forth Valley, Inverness, Perth & Kinross, Fife and Aberdeenshire. They were produced for transition workshops as part of the Going Forward project, and are now available for download by clicking on the links below. They also have details of national services and organisations, so if you live in a different area to the ones listed, they may still be helpful.
