Autism support in the Midlands

We’re Contact, the charity for families with disabled children. We provide a range of information and support services for parent and carers, including those caring for an autistic child.

Autism education, support and guidance

Are you a family member, carer or personal assistant of an autistic person?

We’re delighted to be offering information and guidance to help you care for them, which you can access via a 1-1 support call or by attending our online group sessions.

Contact is part of Autism Central, a project that provides parents and carers of autistic people with autism education, training and support in regional hubs across England. Together with Ambitious about Autism, we run the London and Midlands hubs.

Book a 1-1 support call with us

We offer individual telephone sessions on autism education, information and guidance.

All our calls and sessions are delivered by people with lived experience of autism.

Autism Hub events near you

We are running a series of free online workshops for carers of autistic children to provide advice and support with behaviour concerns, siblings, anxiety issues, and parent carer wellbeing — as well as a session to help family members and friends better understand autism.
