This advice applies in England only.
Contact is here for families with disabled children of all ages. From newly-diagnosed infants – or those without a diagnosis whose parents have concerns about their development – to children at nursery or school and young adults starting to live more independently.
Whatever your child’s age, we want you to find us at the right time and get the support you need. That’s why we regularly reach out to the families we support to hear directly what that support looks like.
We’re running a survey all about support for disabled children aged 0-five: what we call the early years. In this case, due to funding restrictions we’re looking to hear from families in England only*. Your child doesn’t need a diagnosis to take part.
We will use the results of this survey to develop Contact’s services and to influence government policy, including the Government’s SEND White Paper consultation (details and links are shared at the end of this survey).
There is an opportunity at the end to win one of 2 vouchers worth £50 each as a thank you for taking part.
The questionnaire should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. If you have any questions please contact [email protected]
