We run a freephone helpline, also available via email and web form, for parent carers wanting expert one-to-one advice. Our Listening Ear service is for families seeking emotional support.
Our website has online advice and information about concerns you might have about raising a child with additional needs. And we produce a range of email newsletters and parent guides available to download or order.
Local offices & family events
We have local offices in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales and across London.
Aside from providing local advice, our regional teams organise coffee mornings, family fun days and outings, bringing families together for friendship and support.
Workshops and information sessions
We run a range of workshops and information sessions, on topics ranging from benefits and money matters to helping your child sleep and wellbeing.
Our events are both online and face-to-face, running across the UK.
Fledglings shop
Our partner shop, Fledglings, sells a range of toys, clothing and sensory products for disabled children and adults.
Fledglings is a Community Interest Company run independently of Contact, but which donates profits to us.
