Digital Content Officer, SEND
Contract: Fixed term, currently funded until 31 March 2027
Hours: 14 hours a week, between 09:00 – 17:00
Salary: £32,168.00 per annum (full-time equivalent) | Actual salary £12,867.20 plus £26.00 a month, home working allowance
Location: UK home based with requirement to work Tuesday morning (due to team meeting)

Your role
The Digital Content Officer – SEND, will create accurate and accessible website copy, providing online information, advice and support on key educational issues relating to SEND.
What we’re looking for
- You will have a practical understanding of SEND law in England, particularly Part 3 of the Children and Families Act 2014, alongside a working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice (2015) and a good understanding of wider relevant education issues. You will have excellent written English.
- You will have experience of writing, editing and proofreading copy to a deadline, and experience of using website CMS (WordPress).
- You will have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own workload.
