The challenge is an in-person national celebration of disability inclusion and a mass participation event, against the stunning backdrop of the Windsor Great Park.

The challenge events include 100m, 1k, SuperSensory1k, 5k and 10k. The 100m and 1k events all take place on the Long Walk and the 5k and 10k distances have a lovely route in the Great Park, with the start and finish on the Long Walk.

All ages and abilities and mobility aids are welcome!

The annual Winter Walk has been rescheduled for… the Summer!

It’s the same route, distances & scenery–but with t-shirts, shorts, and (hopefully!) a lot more sunshine.

The London Summer Walk will take to the Capital for a full or half marathon looped route starting and finishing at The Oval Cricket Ground. Against a backdrop of bright blue skies, historic & iconic landscapes will adorn the route as we weave from West to East, and back again.

This Halloween – why not treat yourself to a hair-raising hike around some of the City’s scary streets and historic haunts?

Choose your distance, gather your bravest guys & ghouls to make up a team–or go it alone if you dare andmeet up with other chilling challengers.

Dress to distress, and our creepy dungeon keepers at The Ovalstart & finish will meet, greet & shock. Once you escape there’s ghostly looped routes, with zombie rest stops, and if you manage to get back in one piece there’s a macabre medal, a glass of the Devil’s fizz, somehorrific hot food & drink–and a souvenir bobble hat to ward off the spirits as you head off.

This end of season 50 km looped route covers some of the best of the Chilterns countryside, with historic trails, rolling hills, nature reserves, and fantastic views.

Starting & finishing at base-camp in Henley, there’s a Saturday night celebration BBQ & entertainment with extensive on-site camping & parking options. It’s a route with real variety and some wonderful scenery – and it’s all easily accessible from London. You’ll get full support & hospitality all the way, and with a 25 km option also – there’s a Chiltern Challenge for everyone!

Join 2000 trekkers as we venture across the Capital taking in unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points.

Setting out from Putney Bridge-it’s East towards the City, zig-zagging over the array of historic bridges-each with its fascinating story-and a mid point stop at Kennington Oval for some snacks & drinks.

Taking in the initial section of the stunning & famous 630 mile Coastal Path, which officially starts in Minehead, and close to our extensive ‘base-camp’ in the shadows of the impressive Dunster Castle.

Then the 50 km loop heads over Exmoor with ups & downs and some magnificent views with over 1,600 metres of climb.

Great challenges need great settings-and none are better than the Island’s coastal path. 2,000 adventurers will take on the Isle of Wight in July -and go all out to push themselves further.

It’s anticlockwise around the Island, down past the Needles & the Southern cliffs to Chale at half way–and for Full Island challengers it’s on to historic Ventnor & Bembridge and back to our welcome base-camp after an epic 106km journey.

Considered one of Britain’s toughest outdoor challenges, the National 3 Peaks Challenge takes in the dizzy heights of Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowdon (1,085m).

Over the course of two days, you will trek around 26 miles and ascend to a total height of almost 3,000m. This is a serious and tough challenge which requires a good level of fitness, as well as plenty of grit and determination. Ultimately, however, your hard work will be rewarded with spectacular views and a huge sense of achievement.

Starting from Corfe Castle, the first 25m of the route will loop out to the coastline and back again. From there, it‘s across to Lulworth Cove, past Durdle Door, with ups and downs all the way to the Weymouth halfway point.

For 100km challengers-it’s past Portland Bill, nature reserves, along the western endof Chesil Beach to West Bay’s famous cliffs (of TV’s Broadchurch fame)-before a finish line celebration in vibrant Bridport.

2,000 adventurers of all experience levels & ages will take on a classic capital to coast route, testing their grit over the Bank Holiday weekend.

Most will Walk, but many will Jog or Run the full 100km, and with half & quarter distance options there’s achallenge for everyone. A Richmond start by the Thames-then the North Downs and wonderful Surrey & Sussex countryside to halfway at Turners Hill.
