Complete our online survey Counting the Costs, which aims to find out about the financial situation for UK families with disabled children (including those with health conditions and additional needs). You’ll see a link to Counting the Costs once you’ve signed up for our updates. Make sure you leave your email address at the end of the survey for a chance to be included in our prize draw. Terms and conditions All UK entrants who sign up to email updates from HemiHelp, then completes Contact’s Counting the Costs survey and submits their email address at the close of the survey, will automatically be entered into our prize draw, providing they do so by the closing date of Wednesday 7 July at 9am.
