As ever cost is always a factor and plays a key role in the choice of venue, sadly many venues were over our limited budget. We are finalising our agenda and speakers list as quickly as we can, however we will be welcoming Dame Christine Lenehan, the former director of the Council for Disabled Children and Tom Rees the government’s ‘strategic advisor’ on SEND and Dr Tina Pagett, Ofsted. Dingley’s Promise support SEND Children with Catherine McLeod MBE, Chief Executive Catherine talked about their work supporting SEND children and how some of the children are then able to move onto mainstream settings, the training courses that Dingle’s offer and the impact on SEND EY placements, and an update on the national EY toolkit and module 8 training.
