What is the CIC wellbeing?
It’s an employee assistance programme. It has a range of guidance and information, webinars and specialist advice lines to help support general wellbeing.
It is not designed specifically for parent carer forums or families with children with SEND. It is a wide-ranging employee assistance programme, like lots of people have access to through their paid employment.
What can PCFs use it for?
You can use this for your leadership (trustees, directors, steering/committee members) staff and volunteers. It can form part of your induction or support for the people that volunteer and/or work for your PCF. It’s not for your wider membership. You can give your team the login details and let them know they can access it whenever they want, confidentially. You can also explain that they can access free confidential counselling through this programme should they want to.
